How can I order goods from you?

• You have to send us an e-mail to objednavky@multmont.sk or WhatsApp message on +421910846560 or use the form at the bottom of the page and state what goods you are asking for.

What is the cost of shipping?

• We need your exact address to calculate the Shipping price* to your country.
• Than we will send you a price offer for the goods with Shipping price.

How do I pay for the goods?

• If you accept the price offer, we will create an order and send you the Preinvoice. You have to pay it in advance**.
• After receiving the payment, we will send the goods to your country.

* Shipping price depends on weight and destination of the parcel. In case the customer doesen´t accept the shipment the shipping costs are borne by them.

** We request payment in advance for sending goods abroad.
